Bad installations 1

We have worked in a lot of places and seen a lot of installations. Every now and then the installation is so poor it should be blatently obvious, but no doubt someone has signed this work off as acceptable and the contractor has been paid.

This installation was in a Barclays Bank who in our experience of working with them pay for, and normally expect, a good job; which makes it even more surprising to see this.
